At An Nour Institute, we are committed to providing high-quality user experiences. We understand that circumstances may arise that necessitate a refund request. - Eligibility for Refunds
Refunds are considered under the following conditions:
- Course Dissatisfaction:If you are not satisfied with the course content or the learning experience, you may request a refund within 14 days of purchase, provided that less than 25% of the course content has been accessed.
- Mistaken Purchase of Course Type:If you mistakenly purchase a live course instead of a recorded course (or vice-versa), you may request a refund within 14 days of purchase, provided that the class has not started or less than 25% of the recorded course content has been accessed.
- Duplicate Purchases:If you accidentally purchase the same course more than once, we will refund the duplicate transaction(s).
- Technical Issues:If you are unable to access the course due to technical issues on our platform that cannot be resolved within 48 hours, you are eligible for a refund.
- Instructor Unavailability:If a course is instructor-led and the instructor becomes unavailable, leading to significant delays or a lack of communication, you may request a refund.
- Course Cancellation:If a course is canceled by An Nour Institute or a significant portion of the content is removed, affected users will be eligible for a full refund.
- Subscription Plans:For subscription-based services, you can request a refund within 7 days of the initial subscription payment. Subsequent payments are non-refundable.
- Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds will not be issued under the following circumstances:
- Change of Mind:Refunds are not provided if you simply change your mind after purchasing the course.
- Expired Refund Period:Requests made after the refund eligibility period (14 days for one-time purchases, 7 days for subscriptions) will not be honored.
- Earned Course Certificate:If you have already earned your course certificate within the 14 days complaint period, you are no longer eligible for a refund.
- Completion During Refund Period:If you file a complaint then earn the course certificate, you will not be entitled to a refund.
- Completed Courses:If you have accessed 25% or more of the course content, refunds will not be issued.
- Ongoing Refund Process:When you request a refund, the refund process will be in progress. If you complete any activities (e.g., play a video, try a quiz or test, download materials from the specific course) and proceed with the course, you will not be eligible for a refund.
- Subscription Based Course:Refund for subscription based courses will not be applicable if a refund request is submitted before 24 hours or less of starting the class.
- E-Book Purchases:If you have purchased an e-book or article, refunds will not be issued.
- How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, please follow these steps on a computer:

- Email address and phone number you have used to sign up and purchase
- Receipt copy and rder number
- Course name
- Reason for the refund request.
- Review Process:Our team will review your request within 5 business days. During this time, we may ask for additional information or clarification.
- Refund Approval:If your refund request is approved, the refund will be processed within 7-10 business days. The refund will be issued to the original payment method used during the purchase.
4. Refund Processing
– Prograss deletaion: After a refund request has been accepted, you’ll be unenrolled from the course and your progress will be removed.
– Time Frame: Refunds are typically processed within 7-10 business days after approval. However, processing times may vary depending on your payment provider.
– Partial Refunds: In certain cases, partial refunds may be issued if only a portion of the content has been accessed.
– Currency and Fees: Refunds are issued in the original purchase currency. Any transaction fees, conversion fees, or other charges incurred during the payment process are non-refundable.
– Confirmation Email: Once the refund has been done, you will receive a confirmation email to your registered email account.
