Arabic is not merely a language; it is the language of the Holy Qur’an and Hadith, and a precious gateway to the vast treasures of Islamic knowledge. Realizing the significance of this noble language, An-Nour Institute began its journey of teaching Arabic based on the series “At-Tuhfah Al-Azhariyyah (التحفة الأزهرية)”, a set of books included in the syllabus of the Arabic Language Institute of the renowned Al-Azhar University in Egypt.
Alhamdulillah, after the completion of the men’s batch, today the women’s batch has also successfully completed the second volume of the At-Tuhfah Al-Azhariyyah series. With this achievement, the “Arabic Language Course — Elementary Level (A1 & A2)” has been completed beautifully. 💐
Unlike conventional language programs, this course was designed as a practical, application-based initiative. With careful planning and attention, the curriculum was developed by integrating the four fundamental language skills:
• Listening (الاستماع)
• Speaking (التحدث)
• Reading (القراءة)
• Writing (الكتابة)
As a result, students had the opportunity to develop real, functional abilities in understanding, speaking, reading, and writing Arabic.
By the immense grace of Allah, along with the sincere guidance of the teacher, Sh. Wasifur Rahman Azhari and the enthusiastic participation of the students, this journey has become smooth, fruitful, and successful — Alhamdulillah.
We sincerely pray to Almighty Allah to accept this effort, grant it barakah, and through it open new horizons of knowledge, guidance, and spiritual growth for many more sisters.
